How to sign in to your ArchDoc account
Signing In
ArchDoc offers multiple authentication methods to access your account securely.
Email & Password
The most common way to sign in:
- Navigate to the Login page at
/login - Enter your registered email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
Google OAuth
For a faster sign-in experience, you can use your Google account:
- Click the "Sign in with Google" button on the login page
- Select your Google account or enter your Google credentials
- Grant permission for ArchDoc to access your basic profile information
- You'll be automatically redirected to your dashboard
Google OAuth uses the same email as your ArchDoc account. If you registered with an email that matches your Google account, both methods will work.
After Signing In
Once authenticated, you'll be redirected to your Dashboard where you can:
- View your document statistics (Total Documents, In Progress, Accepted)
- Access team activity
- Navigate to Documents, Settings, Billing, Integrations, and Support
Trouble Signing In?
If you're having trouble accessing your account:
- Invalid credentials: Double-check your email and password
- Account not found: Ensure you've completed registration or accepted an invitation
- Google OAuth issues: Try clearing your browser cookies and cache
